Rona Eviasaf
Rona Eviasaf
Rona completed with honors her studies in Landscape Architecture at the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa. She has worked for more than a decade in this field. She continues her studies towards a Masters degree from the Institute of Archaeology at The Hebrew University, researching “The Hellenistic and Roman gardens in the Land of Israel”. She has worked at a number of Classical archaeological sites as a senior field supervisor and has been responsible for preparing the material towards publication: at the Hebrew University excavations at Sepphoris (12 years), at Cornell’s excavations at the Promontory Palace in Caesarea, and now also at the New Tiberias Excavation Project. She is a lecturer at the Technion and at various colleges. She serves as a tour guide for Tagliot – The Israeli Institute of Archaeology, and for the Weizmann Institute, the Hebrew University, Yad Ben Zvi and Avshalom Institute amongst others.
